ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Please do not check in before 4 p.m. on the day of arrival and leave the accommodation by 11 a.m. on the day of departure. This gives us enough time to ensure that every guest finds a clean accommodation. (For exceptions, see "Late check-out")
The key handover takes place contactless via a key safe.
Your accommodation must be left in a clean condition upon departure. Please put used dishes in the dishwasher and switch it on. The beds do not have to be stripped (but can be).
Please dispose of all food before departure. Please leave the kitchen as you would like to find it on your next visit.
Before you leave, please simply throw all used towels in a pile on the bathroom floor.
BAD
To avoid limescale deposits, we ask you to wipe the tiles/glass of the shower after showering.
The bathrooms are equipped with automatic external ventilators so that the window/door can remain closed.
During the heating period, the windows must remain closed; please only ventilate briefly. Window contacts are fitted on the windows; if the windows are opened, the heating switches off.
No hygiene products, waste, food scraps, harmful liquids, fats or similar may be thrown or poured into the shower or toilet, as this could lead to unpleasant blockages. Please use the options provided.
DAMAGES
Nobody damages things on purpose, but it can happen to anyone that something breaks. We ask that you inform us of any small mishaps as soon as possible. This way we can quickly provide replacements.
The guest is liable for damages up to the replacement cost.
VISIT/OVERNIGHT GUESTS/PARTY
We are not suitable as a party or event location. If you would like to receive visitors during your stay, please contact us in advance. Only vaccinated or recovered guests are allowed entry in accordance with the Corona Protection Ordinance. We ask that you announce your visit and present proof (vaccination certificate and ID card) without being asked to do so before entering the building. We are obliged to carry out checks.

Persons not registered are not permitted to stay overnight in the accommodation.

BOOKING

CHECK IN
The keys are handed over contactlessly via a key safe. To the left of the house entrance is the basement entrance, where the key safes are located.
CHECK OUT
Please put the key in the landlord's small black wall mailbox at house number 10 a.
Please do not put it in the mailbox!
CORONA

FINAL CLEANING
For stays of up to seven days, the costs of final cleaning are included in the total price, unless otherwise agreed.
For stays longer than seven days we charge a cleaning fee of €50.
This flat rate is calculated based on normal cleaning costs. If there is still particularly heavy dirt on departure, this will be invoiced according to the amount of work involved.
THE GRILL
For fire safety reasons, barbecuing with charcoal on the balcony is prohibited. Please refrain from using accelerants and open fires in the garden.
Electric grills and grill utensils are available for your use. Please clean the grill after use.
LIABILITY
The landlord is not liable for the guest's valuables.
HOUSE RULES
In certain circumstances it may be necessary for the landlord to enter the accommodation without the knowledge of the guest.
HEATING
During the heating period, the windows must remain closed; please only ventilate briefly. Window contacts are fitted on the windows; if the windows are opened, the heating switches off.
INTERNET/ WLAN
Using the internet is free of charge for you, but at your own risk. Please note our terms of use for the guest WiFi.
A wireless Internet connection (WLAN) is available throughout the house. The access data can be found in a picture frame in every living room
TERMINATION
In case of repeated violations of the house rules/terms and conditions, the landlord can terminate the rental agreement unilaterally and the guest must leave the accommodation immediately.
In this case, there is no entitlement to a refund of the rental price.
VENTILATE
To avoid the formation of mold, we ask you to ventilate the rooms sufficiently, at least once a day (5-10 minutes) and especially after showering.
EXTRA COSTS
Water, electricity and heating are included in the rental price unless otherwise agreed.
These costs are calculated for normal consumption; should they be higher than average, the landlord reserves the right to make an additional charge.
PARKING
Free parking is available directly in front of the house. There is an "absolute no-parking" sign on the street in front of our property, and this must be strictly observed.
If a parking space is made available to the guest, this does not constitute a storage contract.
The lessor is not liable for loss of or damage to motor vehicles parked or maneuvered on the property and their contents, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
PRICE REDUCTION
In the event of a short-term failure of furnishings, public utilities or due to force majeure, there is no entitlement to a price reduction. Defects in the accommodation must be reported to the landlord immediately.
The guest grants the landlord a reasonable period of time to remedy the defects. Later complaints will not be accepted and cannot be taken into account.
SMOKE
Smoking is strictly prohibited in our guest house.
Smoking is permitted throughout the property and on the balcony. Please do not dispose of cigarette butts on the ground, but in the ashtrays provided. Due to the risk of fire, cigarette butts and ashes may only be disposed of in the general waste once they have completely cooled down.
We will charge you for damage such as burn marks and holes in or on furniture, floors, bed linen, tablecloths, etc. at the replacement value.
REST PERIODS
We like our neighbors and they like us. Help us to keep it that way. Please respect the community and try to observe general quiet times such as lunchtime, nighttime and Sunday quiet. Always keep the volume to a minimum and especially between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. no louder than room volume.
LATE CHECK-OUT
For late check-out between 12:00 - 18:00, half the daily rate will be charged. For late check-out after 18:00, the cost of one night's accommodation will be charged.
CANCELLATIONS
We hope that you will not have to cancel your stay unexpectedly. However, if this does happen, the following cancellation fees will apply:
Cancellation of booking
• up to 2 months free of charge
• up to 1 month 50%
• up to 14 days 80%
Cancellations must be made by 12 noon CET (Central European Time) on the day in question. If no prior verbal or written cancellation is made, we will unfortunately have to charge the full amount.
During Corona it is possible to cancel free of charge until 6 p.m. the evening before the day of arrival.
EARLY DEPARTURE
No refund will be given in case of early departure.
ADDITIONAL CLEANING
If you require intermediate cleaning during your stay, we can organize this for you. This will be charged at our hourly rate of 15.00 euros.
For longer stays, the accommodation is cleaned every two weeks.
